Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.
Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays.
During periods of high demand, processing times may be slightly longer.

- Canada: 7–15 business days
- United Kingdom: 5–12 business days
- Australia & New Zealand: 7–15 business days
- Europe: 5–15 business days
- Rest of the World: 10–20 business days

Shipping Costs
Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.
From time to time, Velvet may offer free shipping promotions on qualifying orders.
Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking information.
Please allow up to 72 hours for tracking information to become active.
Customs, Duties, and Taxes
International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, import fees, or other charges imposed by the destination country.
These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the product price or shipping cost unless otherwise stated.
Incorrect Address Information
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.
If an incorrect address is provided and the order has already been shipped, Velvet cannot guarantee replacement or refund.
Lost or Delayed Packages
If your package appears to be lost or significantly delayed, please contact our support team. We will work with the shipping carrier to investigate the issue.
While we will do our best to assist, Velvet is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs authorities, or circumstances beyond our control.
Damaged Packages
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and provide photos of the damaged package and product.
We will review the case and provide an appropriate solution.
