At Velvet, customer satisfaction is important to us. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.
Returns
You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.
To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be unused and in its original packaging.
- The item must be in the same condition that you received it.
- Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required.
For hygiene and safety reasons, opened, used, or damaged products may not be eligible for return.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the status of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or card provider.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. Include your order number and clear photos of the issue. We will gladly provide a replacement or refund when appropriate.
Order Cancellations
Orders may be canceled within 12 hours of being placed. After this period, orders may already be in processing and cannot be canceled.
Shipping Costs
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
